Heating of the mash / wort is ensured by the heating of the jacket over the entire inner surface of the mash-wort kettle. Heat carrier in the heating jacket is food grade propylene glycol. The two-units brewhouse BH-300 contains:
All units of the brewhouse, all valves, the pump chamber and the surfaces in contact with the product are made of food grade 304 stainless steel. All internal surfaces of the tanks and welds are polished to the required degree. The surface inside the containers is a polished mirror.
Mash-wort kettle is equipped with a mash mixer with speed control, an inspection hatch, a measuring scale, a thermal sensor and lighting inside the kettle, two rotary cleaning balls with connection to a CIP-station, a lower drain for the mash and an upper drain for the wort without sediment.
The Lauter tun is equipped with removable filter plates, a grains raker, an inspection hatch, lighting inside, two rotary cleaning balls with connection to a CIP-station, and a hatch for unloading grain with a folding tray under it.
The kettle and tun have ventilation pipes for steam exhaust, are insulated with polyurethane foam, sheathed with stainless steel food.
