Cold water tank

The cold water tank is made of food grade AISI-304 stainless steel with a high degree of polishing (to a mirror finish). The tank is equipped with a cooling jacket and automatic water temperature. Water cooling is provided in the same way as CCT cooling. The tank is thermally insulated with polyurethane foam and covered with an outer casing made of food grade stainless steel.

The cold water tank is equipped with:

• inspection hatch;
• fittings for connecting CIP-station;
• rotary washing head;
• water temperature sensor;
• automatic coolant valve;
• automatic temperature control.

The tank is designed to prepare cold water for cooling the hot wort of the next brewing.
